Payments can be made to Top Connect using your debit / credit card, and by bank transfer. Top Connect uses 3D secure authentication to ensure your details are protected.

Card Payments can fail for a variety of reasons including insufficient funds, declined by the bank, and other failure reasons. If you pay for an order with a debit or credit card, you will need to authorise the transaction by completing a 3D Secure process. The 3D Secure process involves entering an OTP (one time pin) or logging into your bank account to authorise the payment. This process is in place to keep your payments secure. If you received a notice that indicates “Incomplete Payment” there was an issue with 3D secure on your payment. If you get an “Incomplete Payment” error try a different card or pay by bank transfer.

Yes, you can cancel an order after you have paid for it, provided your recipient has not already been paid.

Once a refund has been approved or issued the funds will be returned to the account the payment was made from within 2 weeks. The average customer receives their refund within 10 business days.

Top Connect will refund the amount paid by you for the order and the Top Connect Money Transfer Service Fee, which will be calculated using the currency exchange rate applied by Top Connect on the date on which you made payment for the order.

Top Connect reserves the right to cancel an order if the order does not meet our Anti-money Laundering standards. If an order was paid for with a debit/ credit card or bank account that does not belong to the account holder Top Connect reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Choose a new password and enter the verification code received on the registered email address and click Reset Password.

If your transaction is incomplete, it will be cancelled automatically after 24 hours. Your payment may not be processed for many reasons. You can repay the transaction after following the below steps:
1) Check that your payment details have been entered correctly, such as:
• The correct card number, expiry dates, and security codes.
• For online banking please ensure your login details have been entered correctly. Contact the bank if you have forgotten these details.
2) If all details are correct, please check why the payment has been declined with your bank in some cases, you may have to ask the bank to authorize your payment with us.

Debit Card:
When paying with a debit card there are normally no additional fees other than those specified at the time you make payment.
Credit Card:
Some credit issuer’s charge an extra fee when you use your credit card for a transfer, as the transaction is categorized as “cash withdrawal” or “cash advance”. The fee, if any, depends on your bank’s T&Cs and Top Connect have no control over it. It’s completely at the choice of the bank that issued your card.
